That I made a Portable so no install is required,
you can drag it to your harddrive to any folder or
just put it on a thumb drive so you can use it on
any pc & I have included the file so you can also
register it so you can use the full version,
but that info is in the text file that I included
in the zip file. This program lets you tweak all
aspects of windows xp like your welcome screen,
the size of the cache on your cpu cache,prefetch,
if there is a setting you dreamed to be able to
