Overall a beautiful duet by both. Few things for improvement:- Jatin you sang good but diction part was the 'Stain' in your singing like words, Phiron and Qarar, You sang Firon and Karar instead.
- Nikita, your singing was cool but about half note slower than the Track's beats which could have been easily adjusted in mixing or perhaps you were stretching the notes deliberately to reach higher notes with ease. But this is just a minor thing. As mentioned by few others too sweetness and romantic mood is lacking which is required for this song.

| What a lovely song all time hit and sweet both of you sung well with nice mixing, only I notice diction for one word in first Antra by Jatin "Udta hi firoon" which must be pronouced as phiroon but Jatin sung here superb with feeling and sur .Congratulation both of you. Thanks for sharing |

Hello Nikita!!! Good duet I would say...Very song selected as well... Over all 80/100... If you ask me why did I give 80 instead of 100...coz I found out two things... I don't know wether Jatin is also a trained singer or not otherwise the numbers would have been different. But I would say he did a fair job & did provide the correct feel needed for this song. I was expecting a little more from you in this song coz you have a very good voice but seems that you have missed a trick or two... 1. There were small murliyas or harkatein in the second antara which were lacking...you punched in straight notes instead. 2. In the second antara there was a feel as if it was a sensuous song like Jadu hai nasha hai...but its not applicable here. It needs a more soft rather than a sensuous feel... Thats it nothing else. These are only small things which could be overcomed easily... I hope you agree to these two points. Regards,Shampak. |

Good Mixing.. no excessive reverb/echo.... and a very neat and clean rendition... @NIKS: as VG already pointed out, you need to add a bit of a sweetener in your voice for this song... thats just it.. everything else is perfect!!! tune, ada, etc... aur bas ek cheez jo mujeh nazar aayi... in the line 'reh jaaoon jaise main, haaarke'... you stressed on the word 'JAISE'... instead of that, soften the word 'jaise' and stress on 'HAARKE'... since the line conveys the state of the girl.. hai na? :-)@JATIN: Jatin sir... aap kahi jatin-lalit wala jatin toh nahi ho... ya kahin koi rishta toh nahi hai aapka unke saath... aapne toh bahut hi professionally gaaya hai... and very effortlessly... very nice... same suggestion, here , though... a bit more of a sweetener in the voice... overall... | Hi Niks & Jatin...very well tried... awesome song selection. Jatin sounded bright in voice.. Niks your voice has a natural sensuality in it... but this song irequired a romantically SWEET feel.... so there sounds a difference in the feel. But nevertheless appreciate your hardwork.Regds-V- |
