| Sorry for the delayed response, I've been off in a time-warp (centred on 1984 as you might have noticed!!) and only just got back to this folder...to find I've already been here! As a secret time traveller I can also reveal a memory (inherited surely) of watching the original BSG in black and white (the television was not a colour one but I expect the programmes were in colour!). Unfortunately it wasn't a programme that I got into, as I think I was too busy being a student (of time travel, of course!!).Very best wishes,Spider dlb. |

Yeah, it's this little sci-fi drama  :http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battlestar_Galactica_%282004_TV_series%29 But people have to stop comparing it to the original (1978 with Lorne Greene as Cmdr. Adama - I watched these too, in the 90's when I was a kid). The series is critically acclaimed and has a huge, devoted fanbase because, well, it is extremely dark, intense and has characters that are more believable than those of you average non-sci-fi TV series. There are many people that don't like Science-Fiction at all but they like this show...it's strange. Too bad there will not be a 5th season  Again, thanx for commenting & favouriting my songs. Tomorrow I will make an extensive listening tour into some of you folders. |
