| Dear sir,That's really a great effort to bring our Bihar in lime lite.Though I guess many of us had taken such steps in past so far,but continued effort is a must here.Whatsoever the reason of theirfailure is,but the major one according to me is their massegecould reach the mass.There are many like me ,eager to bringBihar into limelite.But the need was to take initiative and hereis YOU who did that.
