| hi Vic...sorry for my late reply, have been busy lately...well, everytime I listen to you, I just wonder that why isn't this song the original...though I have never heard the originals of most of the songs you sing, but, I mean, your performances look so perfect in themselves, that I am sure, the originals could not be better than these, just maybe same...especially the vibrato, and how clearly you sing...every word becomes so crisp and clear, so you sang, "How can I make it clear to you?" this one goes straight into my favourites, due to the beauty of its lyrics, how a woman feels change, in her love towards her lover...the flame still kindles, but, it just fades away with time...and she gets used to it, and comes across new things that pre-occupy her...and wants to live her own life after what she lost earlier...WOW...keep sharing such b'ful thoughts...love..Ankie |

| First you sang so beautiful that you really touched my heart. The proof is in the tears rolling down my face. Not only do women have these moments, men do too. I can say this is my life story right now but it saddens me to discuss this any more. | Wow, Roy, you really paid attention to the lyrics. I interpreted them as a woman who is at a point in time when she feels she has devoted her life to her family, and now she wants something for herself, that she has some goals and aspirations of her own. I feel she still loves her family and husband, but she is asking or telling him that now she wants to pursue things she wants now that she has raised her family and she is asking for the freedom to do things for herself. Yes, it is a sad song, but she doesn't say that she is leaving, she is just saying she is going through changes in her life and thinking, but I think most people do at some point. It is a thought provoking song, and can be interpreted in different ways, but I think she is saying, give me room to pursue my goals.
