About me
I'm an original British 60s muso, playing drums and singing with a group from Preston UK, called The Puppets.We were managed by the legendary Joe Meek.We backed Americans Little Miss Dynamite Brenda Lee, The Fabulous Ronettes ,Big Dee Irwin, Dee Dee Sharp and Gene Vincent, and British idols Marty Wilde, Michael Cox,Vince Eager, Duffy Power,Jess Conrad, Crispian St.Peters, Billy Fury and Millie amongst many others,If you like reading about early British Rock and Pop,please check out my website  there's a link further down the page, I'm sure you will enjoy it.~~Des

I discovered on line Karaoke in Dec 05. I was most impressed with the backing tracks that are available, and have recorded many.These days singing is just for fun.Thanks to everyone who has listened to any of my songs, and thanks for your comments too.

A couple of bands I've been in. Midnight Connection was the first band I was in, here in Adelaide South Australia in 1981,Unusual line up Piano, Sax and Drums,but it worked. I was still playing drums then. Rock Island Rollers were the last band I was in ,here in Adelaide South Australia in 1997.
