My Latest Songs
Here is some of my lastest recordings...The one that was the toughest was the Hank Snow truck driver's song that Hank recorded in 1964 titled "I've Been Everywhere" Even with the lyric sheet in hand..it was a killer...try it sometime...sing it along with me. There are only 90 cities and towns mentioned in the song. Yours Truly, Ray Hensley

Raised On Country Music
Posted 11 days ago

Raised on a farm near Drakesboro Kentucky I began singing country music at a very early age. Here on eSnips I have uploaded some of my lastest recordings...Many are Free to Download. I have included songs made famous by great artists such as Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Elvis Presley, Patsy Cline, Jim Reeves, Jimmy Buffett, Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Dean Martin, Rick Nelson, Jerry Lee Louis, Bob Dylan, Willie & Waylon, Hank Snow, Ray Price, and other Grand Ole Opry stars. I have also included some Holiday  songs in my Christmas folder. ALL of those are FREE TO DOWNLOAD. My Most recent addition to the folder is my cover of an old tune written and sung by Marty Robbins called Cowboy in a Continental Suit.

But, the song that was the toughest for me was the Hank Snow truck driver's song which Hank recorded in 1964 titled "I've Been Everywhere"  Even with the lyric sheet in hand..it was a killer...try it sometime...sing it along with me. There are only 90 cities and towns mentioned in the song.  It's been my pleasure to record these song for my friends all across America and the world for that matter. There are about 100 songs here, if you enjoyed listening to them tell all your freinds to stop by. If you didn't like them... then as Mel Tillis used to say.."Well then, just don't say nothin"' Yours Truly,  RAy Hensley
